Primorum — Toronto, 2026
A venture builder where AI is the operator and one human signs the cheques.
The next generation of software companies will not be built by larger and larger engineering teams. They will be built by capital allocators with a fleet of AI agents shipping the product, doing the support, running the marketing, and closing the books. We are starting that company.
The bet
Three things at once, all contested.
- 01 — Capability
Foundation models crossed the operator threshold in 2026. End-to-end workflows are now solved, not demoable.
- 02 — Cost
Per-task inference costs have collapsed by roughly 10× in 24 months. AI ops is cheaper than the cheapest human in any country.
- 03 — Distribution
Models and tooling are commoditizing. Getting the product in front of the right person at the right moment is not. Distribution is the binding constraint.
Operating rules
Four constraints every experiment must respect.
- Rule 01AI-native distribution.
Platform-native, programmatic, or audience-piggyback. No human-led sales.
- Rule 02AI is the operator.
The product is the business. If a human is required in the loop, re-scope or kill.
- Rule 03Greenfield only.
No reviving old projects, no pivoting dead spikes. Start clean every time.
- Rule 04Path to $1M.
Written-down unit economics × distribution × market size. No vibes.
